The Rotary Youth Leadership Academy (RYLA) is a transformational leadership experience proudly sponsored by the Rotary Clubs of District 7600 for high school students across Central and Southeastern Virginia.

Over one unforgettable weekend, students step outside their comfort zones, discover new perspectives, build meaningful friendships, and develop the confidence to lead wherever life takes them.

Through immersive experiences, team challenges, reflection, and real conversations, participants learn that leadership starts from within. They strengthen communication, collaboration, problem-solving, resilience, and the ability to positively influence others.

Most importantly, they discover that leadership isn't something you wait to become.

It's something you choose.
